Stunning basement apartment in the Royal Crescent

Hello there! I am looking find a flatmate for a beautiful apartment that I have started renting in Bath city centre. It is based in the beautiful and historic royal crescent. I am a cultural guide and experienced Business English and TEFL teacher. I am looking for someone who is quiet but friendly is willing to share cooked meals and the ocassional chat. This creates a cost effective living environment, reduces waste and creates a positive atmosphere. I am a very busy person working at home and travelling often so the ideal person is someone I feel I can trust when I'm away as well sharing the duties of maintaining the home and it's beautiful features. I am an easy going person open to disscuss and support anyway I can, however, I will not be allowing guests unless they are immediate family. On the upside I enjoy cooking and sharing meals that are organic and homemade and I am happy to guide give recommendations on local facilities and opportunities if you are new to town. For the history and area that you will be living in the price is extremely reasonable as this includes gas and electric with a fair usage policy.
