I have been leaving here for a year and my housemate is moving out so looking for someone to move into the spare room for another year. The location is very good, direct bus from Mulberry Park in City Centre. The house is located in a quiet and clean area.
The house is fully furnished, with a shared living room and kitchen. The spare room for rent has a double bed and an ensuite. Additional to that is a toilet downstairs and another bathroom upstairs. The house has a small garden with great outside furniture and a shed. The house also has a lot of good storage space.
