Room in Bath city centre for summer let

Room available July 15 - September 10 (flexible start date)

I am moving out and need someone to take over my room for the last month of my tenancy. The room is a good size, with a small double bed and nicely sized wardrobe. The kitchen and living room are amazing, with lots of light and space. Bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. The location is a key selling point, the flat is right next to the beautiful Great Pultney Street and a 2 minute walk to the centre of Bath.

You would be sharing the flat with a 26 year old professional male. He is very clean and respectful, and mostly likes to keep to himself. I have lived with him for two years and can vouch for him as a good tenant and flatmate.

Rent is £600 a month, with bills coming to about £70 per person (likely less in the summer).
