We have a furnished double room to rent in a Victorian property in BA1, about 20-minute walk from the centre of town.

Rent is £725 a month which INCLUDES ALL BILLS, including broadband. The room is the upstairs back room.

There's a shared kitchen with communal dining room, and a large bathroom. It also has a large garden and a shed and attic space for storage.

There’s also a utility room with all the usual white goods, and a (downstairs) toilet.

The room is available to rent from the 10th February.
