Double room to let

Double room available for short/long term let from May 2026. It is a new build property of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a ground floor cloakroom. Kitchen is on the ground floor with garden/patio. On the first floor is the lounge and terrace, along with a bedroom 3. On the second floor is landlord bedroom and bedroom 2 (room to let) that includes a double bed with new mattress, chest of drawers, hanging rail and blackout curtains along with the main bathroom on second floor.

Ideally if looking to work from home then no more than 1-2 days a week maximum.
I am a 21 year old professional photographer live in landlord who has the en-suite bedroom. Rent per month including bills and WiFi is £900 pcm with one month deposit.
