New flatmate in Bath

Hi, my current flatmate is moving out at the end of March and I need to find someone to replace them. It's a two bed flat in the Oldfield Park area, bills (excluding council tax) are about £80pcm. The room can fit a double bed and my current flatmate has offered to leave her double bed if you would like it. The kitchen and living room are shared between us and there is on the street permit parking outside.

The tenancy would be a shared one, for one year, let by Madison Oakley in Bath. I believe it's council tax Band B but as a student I can get you 25% off if you are a working professional.

I am a final year PhD student at the University of Bath and would prefer to live with a girl, either PhD student or young professional. I'm quite sporty and do a lot of reading/board games/knitting in front of the tv in my spare time! I'm also clean and tidy.
