Our five-bedroom house has a room available, ideal for a student looking for a comfortable and friendly living space. The room has a 4ft bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, bedside table, bin, and a lamp. Rent is £650 monthly, excluding water, gas, and electricity bills.

The house features a shared living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. We also have a small backyard with a table and chairs and secure bike storage.

So that you know, the room does not have an en-suite; but the room has a bathroom on the same floor that nobody else in the house uses.

We are a group of four second-year female university students. We're a quiet but sociable household, and we're looking for a fifth female housemate to join us. Our house is about a 15-minute walk to the city centre, just 2 minutes to the gym, and 7 minutes to Sainsbury's in central Bath.

Unfortunately due to personal circumstances the tenant that previously had the room has taken a years break from uni. Therefore the room is available to move into as of today but will only be available until the last day of July.
