Room Available: 8-Bed House with Norland Students

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely eight-bed house in Bath, as I’ll be starting a live-in nanny job.

You'll be living with seven friendly and sociable Norland students, all girls. The house has a great atmosphere – everyone is bubbly, chatty, and enjoys walks, going for coffee, picnics at the Crescent, and socialising. It's in a central location with easy access to transport and amenities.

The tenancy starts on 15th July 2025 and runs for 11 months and 23 days. The first partial month’s rent is £563.88, and after that, it is £760 per month. The security deposit is £760, which includes the holding deposit. From October to May, a four-hour monthly clean of communal areas is included.
