Room to rent in cozy flat in Bath

Hey! We’re two girls studying at the University of Bath, looking for a third female flatmate to join us. I’m 24, Bulgarian, doing my MSc, and my flatmate is 29, Chinese, in her first year of PhD. We’re both super tidy, love keeping our space cozy, and enjoy cooking and having dinner together.

Ideally, we’re looking for another mature/postgrad female student. We are also happy to live with a non-student professional, as long as you are okay with paying council tax on your own, as we are currently exempt from it. The council tax band for this property is B.

The flat has a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and it’s in a great location - just near the big Morrisons on London Road. It’s about a 15-minute walk to a Uni of Bath bus stop and a 20-minute walk to the city centre.

The available bedroom will be fully furnished with a desk, double bed, and wardrobe. Rent is around £550 per month (excluding bills, which are usually £70-100 depending on the season). The room is currently being renovated, so we don’t have photos yet, but we can share pics of the other bedroom as a reference. Renovations should be done by early April, so we’re looking for someone to move in mid to late April or early May.
