I’m moving away so I’m looking for someone to replace my spot in this house-share.
HOUSE:
Two bedroom house-share with a smaller third room (we’ve stuck a bed in here for guests). House has a shared living space, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms recently got a fresh lick of paint and fresh carpets.
Room comes with bed, bedside draws, large draws, hanging rail, desk and chair (not the black one). There’s also a little cupboard built into the wall.
Rent, council tax, utilities and WiFi has equated to £918 throughout winter so I imagine it’ll be slightly less than that during the upcoming months.
There’s shared parking spots next to the building with loads of free public parking around the corner.

You’ll be sharing the house with a professional called Jonny. He’s a S&C coach at Bath Rugby so he’s always busy working or away at matches. The house is usually empty and quiet so you’ll have plenty of space and privacy.
