Student room available in Bath, near centre

Hi,
I am a student at the University of Bath looking for a tenant to replace me from now until 1/08/2025. We live in a 4 bedroom house, all girls who are friendly and clean up after themselves. The house is just 10 minute walk from the city centre and just opposite the U2 and U5 bus stop which goes direct to the universities. I currently pay £176 p/w (£704 pcm) with all bills and WiFi included.
