Friendly & social househare near the canal

Spacious Double Room in a colourful shared house, 10 minute walk from city centre, in a quiet and leafy location. The bedroom windows overlook the River Avon, the room will have a double bed in it but is not fully furnished.

We are a fun and social household, I'm a mature student and Leonae works in the city. We live fairly comunnally and like to spend time at home watching TV/films, cooking up food or chilling playing cards. We enjoy getting out do stuff together, and ideally we’d like to bring someone in that will join in and have some fun. We also have an adorable cat and I have an intention to get another kitten in a few months time, so being pet friendly and happy to be on feeding duty from time to time is a must!

Unfortunately there isn’t any parking available at the property. And theres no garden, but when the sunshine is out you can often find one of us sat by the canal (usually with a book & a glass of wine).

All bills are included, and access to Disney +, Netflix and MUBI is available on the playstation in the living room. We have a fully kitted out kitchen and often like to eat together. The bathroom has a decent sized shower cubicle and good water pressure. Bills may go up slightly during the winter months, but this is unlikely to be more then £25 extra pcm.

The right person for this household will be sociable, clean and (ideally) vegetarian/pescatarian.
