Double bedroom on top floor of 2 story flat available. The flat is less than a 10 minute walk to Bath Spa train station and central Bath. The room has a cupboard for storage and a sink with storage underneath but will be unfurnished. You’ll be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom with 2 other lovely girls- Issy and Roxy. Issy is 26 years old and currently studying a Masters of Law whilst working part time. Roxy is 23 years old and works in the Politics department at Bath University. Despite the serious job titles these girls are always up for a laugh and a girly chat whether it be a night in with a film and some of Issy’s baked goods or a night out in the pubs and clubs! Issy and Roxy are looking for a sociable, clean, tidy housemate who will happily spend time as a flat but equally enjoy personal space and time.
A parking permit is available to purchase if needed.
Bills are around £130 a month additionally.
