We have 1 furnished room available from 13th July, 2025, in a cosy, calm household. We love movie nights, spending lots of time outside, crafts and other fun activities. Our landlord is wonderful and allows the tenants to paint their rooms!
The house has 2 bathrooms, a shared living room, a large kitchen, a small paved garden, a parking space out front, and storage in shared areas. We live opposite a gym and an art studio, have a bus stop right outside (towards Bristol), a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for Uni of Bath and Bath Spa Uni, and it is less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
As we are students, if a non-student were to move in, they would be eligible for a council tax reduction. Students moving in would not pay any council tax.
