Description
I am moving out of my room at short notice and looking for a replacement to take it from June 3rd onwards. The room comes partially furnished with a clothing rack and a chest of drawers if wanted.
The house is located near the two tunnels path and is a 25 minute walk (based on my slow speed) from the city centre. Lidl and Moorland road close by and a two minute walk to Oldfield park station so easy train access.
You will be the sharing the house with 3 Professional housemates (1 girl and 2 guys) who are 25 - 30, the house mates are lovely and we do like to chill in the living room together but also enjoy our own peace and quiet as well.
The bills come to around £120 per month with the water bill coming out every 6 months and costs around £100 each.
