I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely 2 bedroom ground floor flat. The flat is located in Bath, on Lower Bristol Road and would be shared with my friend (female) who already lives there. This is a pet-friendly house - she has two chilled out cats.

It is only a 20 minute walk in to the city centre, there's a bus stop and it's only a 5 minute drive to the RUH. It is also a 5 minute walk to Lidl and has a Tesco Express across the road. The property also comes with a parking space.

The bedroom is being offered unfurnished (though I am looking to sell the bed frame so if you are interested please let me know). The rest of the flat comes fully furnished with the kitchen kitted out with all the amenities (washing machine, air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer).

It is £675pcm for rent plus £183.04 for bills (Council Tax band B), so would be £857.04 all in. There is also a deposit of 5 weeks rent. Everything is already set up, so the transition to move in would be smooth.
