The available room is located at the front of the house. It will be let unfurnished (please note the photo shows a previous furniture layout). It’s a generously sized space — large enough to comfortably accommodate a king-size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is no built-in storage, so tenants should plan to bring their own.

Shared spaces include a calm lounge with TV, a four-person dining room, conservatory, and a well-kept garden. The third bedroom is reserved for the landlord.
