Large room in lovely top floor two bed flat with amazing views over Bath.

I'm looking for someone calm, professional, and who has their life together to share with. No craziness or drama allowed, just a super nice person/people to share a cool space with. I am open to a couple moving in, for an extra £150/month.

I'm 45 and like geeky things like quadcopters and fighting robots, but I equally enjoy time outdoors, jumping in the river in the summer, and going for runs up the canal.

I have an awesome 14 year old son who stays with me half of the week. He's a pleasure to hang out with, brightens up the place no end, and is far funnier than is reasonable for his age.

Fast broadband, and all bills included.

The flat contains a washing machine, and a big fridge freezer.

No heavy drinkers, no smokers and no pets.
