Lovely flat share in Larkhall

I am looking for a female flat mate aged between 21-28 to share a lovely two bedroom flat on the third and top floor of a Georgian building in the heart of Larkhall, Bath.

The furnished flat offers a spacious, light and airy shared living and dining space and kitchen. The bedroom is a really good sized double and offers views of Solsbury Hill as well as plenty of light from a skylight. It includes a comfortable double bed with storage underneath and a built in wardrobe. It is situated near to the Rondo Theatre, the Village Bistro, the Larkhall Deli, a Spar, a Co-op and some local pubs. It is only a 30 min walk from the centre of Bath. There is also plenty of on road parking very close to the flat.

I am looking for a friendly and chilled flatmate who ideally works full-time. I have a really intense job and so value having some space and peace at times. That being said, I would love to share with someone sociable and fun but also clean, tidy and respectful!

Bills are not included, apart from gas (heating). Council tax is band B. Referencing and right to rent checks are mandatory.
