WiFi, tv, washing machine and separate tumble drier. 2 bathrooms, on demand hot water, central heating and dishwasher. Modern well equipped kitchen with 7 ring gas hob, 2 electric ovens. Large open-plan living with two lounge areas. Dishwasher.

Double bedroom with storage space , tv (freeview), double kingsize bed and ample storage.

If you feel you are an easygoing, empathetic, independent, tidy and considerate person, then please get in touch. The house is very near local shops and Oldfield Park railway station is about 2 minutes away. Town a 10 min walk, as is big Sainsburys. On street parking. Its all very easy and convenient. Moorland Road with its local shops, little Sainsbury's, restaurant, takeaways and cafes is at the bottom of the road. Good local transport- buses for both uni's go from Moorland Road. I am looking for responsible female who can fit in and is independent, bright and happy and tidy
Anything you wish to ask please don't hesitate to call/text. It would be good, but not essential, to know as much as possible about you. My son stays with me a few times a week, he has a room at the top of the house, he is 14 years old. I have an adorable labradoodle dog called Bobbie. I work at the RUH. Really a lovely place to live.
