1 room available to rent

Hello! My friend will be moving out at the end of our tenancy in October so I need to find a new housemate.
This is a lovely, spacious house. At present me and my friend have a bedroom each and a third room which we share for storage and I also have guinea pigs which live in there in their enclosure.
The house initially came unfurnished - the majority of the furnishings are mine which I brought from my previous house. Your bedroom would be unfurnished.
The house has brilliant transport links to Bath city centre with two bus stops just a couple of minutes walk away, and a Co-Op, corner shop, hairdressers, barbers, and takeaway just round the corner, with the Sainsbury's supermarket a 15 minute walk away.
Council tax band C. I am not yet sure what the deposit would be but can ask the landlord for any further details if required.
I do a mixture of working from home and office-based so will be at home for work some days.
