Housemate wanted

Hello! My name is Amber. I'm a 35 year old WFH professional, soon to be living alone in a 3 bed house in Southdown with a front garden and back patio slabbed garden. I'm looking for a housemate who will - hopefully - become a good friend. I'd like you to be a fairly tidy person, keeping common areas clean and tidy as they're used. Bills are not included so they will be split between the two of us, including the WiFi which is already set up (until Feb 26).

The room is a double with a large wardrobe and cupboard included and is available from 1st September 2025. The room comes unfurnished however the bed is for sale if interested. I also have a cat who is quite timid, so it's important that you like animals but unfortunately it is best that you don't have a pet yourself. Please do reach out if interested!

- WiFi £17.50 (we can find a cheaper provider in February)
