Room/flat with beautiful view available for August-beginning of September. We are normally a family of 4 living there, but only one adult will be there for maximum half of the stay. Single bed or double bed depending on need/want. Lodger will mostly have the flat to themselves.
Walking distance to town and local shops etc, but also well connected to buses.
Access to living room/kitchen, bath, hallway and outside backyard. Kids stuff will be taken out pre stay ;)
No deposit needed, but will need rent to be paid upfront.
Lodger agreement will be used to secure both parts.
