Spare student room in Bath (Bathwick Hill)

Looking for someone to replace the tenancy of a student who has dropped out of university. Would prefer a female student. There will be four other second year University of Bath students living there. There are two bathrooms and the spare room has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe space. There's a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. Cutlery and kitchen equipment are already supplied. University of Bath is a 30 minute walk away or 10 minute bus ride.
