I moved to Bath a few months ago and my house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Southdown just 2 miles from the city centre. I'm looking for a relaxed and friendly professional to join me in my cosy and relaxed home. Bonus if you might be up for the occasional movie or games night!

About the room:
- Room with small double bed and spacious cupboard space included - I can arrange for more furniture if needed, or you can bring your own!
- Plenty of free, on road parking directly outside the property
- Very close to local amenities - only a 15 minute walk to Moorland Road shops, and 1 minute walk to the nearest OneStop
- Spacious kitchen/diner and living room and a small garden

About me:
I’m a 29 year old professional working in the Charity sector who recently moved to Bath for a change of scenery. I enjoy keeping active and often spend my weekends on scenic walks, exploring new areas or activities, or taking it easy with a movie or a board game. I’m looking for someone who would fit into the relaxed and friendly dynamic of my home. It would be lovely to find an easy-going housemate who shares some similar interests.
