Rent: £800/month (bills not included, but approx. £100/month excluding council tax)

Large double bedroom, fully furnished

Shared living room and kitchen, both fully furnished

Just a 15-minute walk to the city centre, with excellent bus links to the University of Bath

2 minutes to local shops (Spar and Co-op)

👤 About You:
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful flatmate. Ideally, you’ll be a mature student, but I’m also open to professionals who can contribute to the council tax (as I’m exempt as a student). Most importantly, someone who’s considerate about shared spaces and open to the occasional chat or shared activity!

I’m a PhD student at the University of Bath and also a roller derby skater. I enjoy small gatherings with friends, chatting over coffee, and discovering new places. I’m generally social and open-minded, and I love living in a calm but friendly home.
