One double room available from 1 September in a peaceful house with a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a garden (with an additional toilet).

The house is located in a convenient area near the city centre (BA2) — just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the city. Nearby amenities include a large Sainsbury’s, Taka Taka, an Italian pizzeria and other takeaways within a 2-3 minute walk.

Rent does not include council tax, gas, electricity, or water. Monthly bills are typically around £65 per person (slightly higher in winter with heating) plus around £43- £57 council tax.

I’m an artist who spends a lot of time on creative projects, so I value a calm and considerate home environment. Ideally, I’m looking for housemates who are looking for long-term ideally students, enjoy a quiet lifestyle, respect personal space, and help maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the house. To keep things peaceful, the home isn’t suited to parties or large gatherings.
