The house is located in a convenient area near the city centre (BA2) — just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the city. Nearby amenities include a large Sainsbury’s, Taka Taka, an Italian pizzeria and other takeaways within a 2-3 minute walk.

Rent does not include council tax, gas, electricity, or water. Monthly bills are typically around £100 -£150 per person.

I’m an artist who spends a lot of time on creative projects, so I value a calm and considerate home environment, respect personal space, and help maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the house. To keep things peaceful, the home isn’t suited to parties or large gatherings.
