• Shared living space, kitchen, and bathroom (with both a bath and a shower)

• 2nd floor of a quiet building
• Located 2 minutes from local shops and cafés on Moorland Road and 7 minutes from Oldfield Park train station
• Bus stop right outside, 20-minute walk to Bath city centre
Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £650/month
• Bills (approx): Council tax £65, broadband £15, water £25, electricity varies – around £800 total per month including rent
