Current flatmate is Juan, who is a working professional and has lived within the property for over 6 years. He is an easy-going housemate who is sociable and friendly, but will also respect your privacy and is happy to do his fair share of the housework.
There is a new fridge in the kitchen and the living room includes a dining table and TV.

Rent is currently £550 (possibly going up this month by around £50
Bills £170-180 depending on useage
