✅This is the best student accommodation for University of Bath students, with an on-site gym, communal social areas, pool table, and cinema room! The property management is excellent, and maintenance is always handled promptly.

• The cheapest room type (Baldwin Studio) is already sold out. I have the official floor plan if you’d like details of this layout.
• Viewings are welcome in late August while I’m still living here.
• If I terminate my contract directly, the room will be relisted on the official website at irregular times, and you won’t be guaranteed this specific room. By subletting directly from me, you secure the room immediately — it’s a win-win for both of us.
