Double room + office / dressing room

I only moved here August last year. So still making the property my own with various internal upgrades and garden renovations. Being new to the area I am looking for a housemate rather than a lodger. Someone who has similar interests would be a massive bonus. I enjoy a mix of different hobbies, from; hiking and camping on weekends, to comedy nights and bar hoping around town.

I am very clean and tidy, so would be helpful if you are too!

The house is a 3 bed Grade 2 listed cottage with lots of character.

Due to bedroom sizes, I am offering my two spare bedrooms to one person. With one to be used as a bedroom, with bedside table and a small unit, then the other room as your office / dressing room with a wardrobe.

There is ample free on street parking, NO permit needed!

The property has a large garden with 3 patio areas which will be completely renovated in April / May this year. Benefits from a large shed and newly built garden / sun room with bifold doors looking over the garden. So plenty of storage for bikes and other gear.

Batheaston is a in a fantastic location as it has many countryside walks. The bus stop into Bath is 2 minutes away and runs every 15 minutes into Bath. Opposite the bus stop is a great cafe, pub and convenience shop. Walking into Bath is flat along the Canal, makes a perfect cycle or run!

I am required in the office during the week, so usually out. If you work from home this is fine with me - as this will be your home too!

I do share a young Labrador with my ex, so we will occasionally have a furry friend who loves cuddles!

Electric, water and gas is divided equally split between us both.
