Looking for longterm housemate - St James's Square

It’s a gorgeous flat at St James Square. The room is unfurnished but will comfortably fit a double bed. There are two bathrooms in the flat so two loos between 4 people, you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There’s a shared living room separate from the kitchen. We have access to the shared residents garden in the centre of St James Square and a private garden that’s maintained by the property managers and shared with other flats in our building. We are also a 2 min walk to Victoria Park.
I work as Cabin Crew so am away at least once a week. Ben works in sports science and Toby is self employed. There are some weekends where the flat is empty and others where we are all home. We are a very friendly bunch who get on well so looking for someone who can add to this. We are all pretty busy during the week so looking for someone who's fun but also respects the calm of the flat.
