My name's Emily, I'm looking for a lovely professional to replace my lovely bedroom as I'm going to move out the 15th of October.
This is a very house with specious bedroom, living room and dining room. Located in a super location in Bath, 11 Junction road. 15-20 mins walk to city centre and 5-10 mins to Moorland road high street and Alexandra park. Oldfield park train station is 10 mins away also.
There are currently three females including me, one student and two are professional. We are looking for female professional who is tidy and clean.
The rent is £500 per month and the bills are not included. CT is about £80 per person.
The room is furnished but we need to share the furniture cost £267 per person. Once you move out, you can charge this cost from the next tenant.
Landlord is English man, the contract will be signed with him directly, no third party cost.
