The room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a king sized bed, plenty of storage space, a desk and chair and a mirror.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all a decent size. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, mirror and drawers. The bathroom has 2 mirrors, bathtub/shower, toilet and sink.

The flat is on the second floor in a central location (near Pulteney bridge) but faces the courtyard and is therefore nice and quiet. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre. The tenancy would start on the 10th of October. The rent for the room is 900£ per month excluding bills (those would be approximately 130£ per month all inclusive).

The flat is council tax band C.

I am pretty quiet and tidy but also happy to chat etc. and ideally looking for someone similarly quiet and tidy. Professionals preferred.
