A large room available in central location of Bath

We are looking for someone to replace my flatmate for the last month of our tenancy (until 10th November). Ideally we are looking to get an agreement signed early next week, by Friday at the latest, as the tenancy would be from 10th October to 10th November, but an earlier move-in date could be arranged.

The room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a king sized bed, plenty of storage space, a desk and chair and a mirror.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all a decent size. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, mirror and drawers. The bathroom has 2 mirrors, bathtub/shower, toilet and sink.

The flat is on the second floor in a central location (near Pulteney bridge) but faces the courtyard and is therefore nice and quiet. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre. The tenancy would start on the 10th of October but it might be possible to arrange an earlier move in date. The rent for the room is 775£ for the month (+ bills based on usage). This could be negotiated.

As you'd be taking over someone's contract, the deposit would be transferred to you and you would have to send the deposit amount directly to the previous tenant (the deposit was 865) and would be released to you at the end of the tenancy.
