Gorgeous Bath Apartment

I currently live in a gorgeous two bedroom apartment in Bath with a lovely girl (age:21) but sadly my work is not as I thought it would be so I am moving out at the end of the month.

We paid 6 months upfront, and to change tenant, the contract needs to start again with 6 months upfront. I have the bigger room (£785/month) (it looks empty as I have been moving stuff out!). Property managed with Allen & Harris. After the 6 months period, it would turn to a rolling month contract. We paid upfront so we could secure this place and found it tricky finding an apartment in Bath when searching.

All furniture in lounge is my flatmates and she is happy to share with right person. The property itself is unfurnished. Comes with washer/dryer and dishwasher.

It has a gorgeous view!! I would be looking for someone who would get on with my flatmate, female aged 21 to 26 and is working so can split the council tax.

Our council tax bill is £97 pp, water bill £33 pp, electric bill £61 pp.

It is a gorgeous place and wish I could stay but unfortunately I dont like my job :)
