Available from 19 January - Newly refurbished compact studio space within the lower ground floor of main house. Own entrance, en-suite shower room and kitchenette. The space is attached to the main house but you have complete privacy.

12 min walk to Bath Spa train station, 15 min walk to the centre of Bath. Rent includes most bills. My partner and I live in the main house, we are easygoing and like a quiet life.

The kitchenette is small and has limited facilities - microwave, fridge, portable single hob. There is no oven or washing machine but there are laundrettes nearby.

The space is compact, just under 15 square metres. Suitable for a mature, single professional but because of the size of the space it would not be suitable if you need to work from home. It would ideally suit someone working in Bath for part of the week and the rent can be negotiated accordingly.
