Unfurnished Room for Rent

Hello!

I’m Elaine and I work in Bath. My flatmate just moved out and I need a replacement for her. The flat has 2 bedrooms and it is under Curo. I’m also a tenant, BTW. This flat is for Key-workers only that’s why I was able to get it. People in the building are professionals and respectful. It is not noisy at all. The whole flat runs with electricity, no gas. No pets allowed.

I am looking for a female flatmate. Preferably a professional and non-smoker. The room that is being let is the biggest. It has its own built in cabinet.

The flat is beside St. Martin’s Hospital. It comes with 1 free parking space and you can use it since I don’t have a car.

It has a big Sainsbury and small tesco and Co-op nearby. Post office is a 15-minute walk from the house. Catholic church is walkable for 10 minutes. Culverhay Leisure Centre is also a 10-15 minute walk. There are 2 GP surgeries near the area and they can be reach by foot for half an hour. The petrol station is just around the corner.

There are 2 bus stops bound for city centre that is walkable for 5 minutes only. There is also a bus stop in front of Sainsbury that is bound for Lower Bristol Road. There are 2 bus stops for the bus bound for Weston. 5-10 minutes walk depends on which bus stop you will choose.
