This is a furnished 3 beds house for up to 4 people in Cotswold Road in Oldfield Park. Oldfield Park is a traditional student hub in Bath and there are many students in the area. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen with dinning area and a bathroom. The Internet is ready in the house on the first day.

Kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooking hob, extractor fan and sink. There are plenty of cupboards in the kitchen.

Two double bed sized bedrooms and a single sized bedroom in the house. Each room has a deck, an office chair and a wardrobe. 

The house is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop toward the city centre or 15 minutes walk to the bus stop toward the University.

On street parking. No parking permit required.

The rent includes the costs of utility below and subjected to the fair usage and environment saving. A cap on each utility's bills is sat and shown in the following.

ii. Water bill up to £100 per calendar month;
