Double room in warm modern house - short term let

Furnished double room with built-in wardrobe and family bathroom next door. In a spacious, clean modern house in a quiet newbuild development by the canal, just a 15-minute walk from Bath city centre. All bills included, with a lovely big kitchen and parking available on the drive if required. I have a cleaner who visits every two weeks.

I’m a 36-year-old live-in homeowner and a professional who works from home three days a week and in the Bristol office two days. I'm often out exercising after work. I share the house with one other lodger (a 30 year old girl who is a lecturer at the University of Bath) as well as two friendly cats, so it would suit someone who likes animals. The house has a relaxed atmosphere, and I’m looking for a lodger who is considerate, tidy, mature, and positive. I’m independent and tend to keep myself busy on evenings and weekends but always happy to have a friendly chat over a walk, dinner or glass of wine.

Looking to rent this room out on a short-term basis i. e. 2-3 months from late November/ early December. There might be a possibility to extend this further depending on my circumstances.
