1 Bed Short Term Let Jan-March

Hey! I'm looking for someone to rent my lovely apartment for a few months from January - March whilst I'm away with work. Ideally for up to three months but shorter periods are also considered.

It's a one bed apartment in a wonderful location in the centre of Bath, close to everything. The living room gets heaps of natural light and sunlight for most of the day, whilst the bedroom at the back is cosy and extremely quiet - making it the perfect, restful city apartment. It's freshly renovated, with a new kitchen and bathroom.

As it's a short-term let, I'm offering it furnished. Although it will have some of my decorative things around like art and books, you'll have plenty of space and storage for your things as most personal items will be stored in the small second bedroom which won't be available for your use.

It's the perfect pad for a tidy, solo professional. No pets or students. £280 per week, including council tax but excluding bills. Electric boiler and water (although it's a pretty easy apartment to heat). Please get in touch to arrange a viewing.
