I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 6 bed student house in the Entry Hill (Combe Down) area from now - mid August 2026.

Double room with shared bathroom

£764.60 per month which includes all bills and utilities

The other house members are all students at Bath Spa Uni aged 21-22. There are 3 guys and 2 girls. The house is social and enjoy doing things together both at home and out.

Less than 10 min walk from bus routes to Uni of Bath and Bath Spa Uni (U4). As well busses into town.

Garage, driveway and plenty of on street parking. Two toilets and two showers between 6 people.
