I’m currently looking for a tenant taking over my tenancy agreement (Rent is £550 per month - bills not included).

The house is fully furnished and has everything you need: a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, four bedrooms, a cosy shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a small toilet downstairs, and a small well-maintained garden with a lovely view over Bath. It’s a really warm, comfortable home—perfect for relaxing after a stressful day.

You’d be living with three lovely, easy-going housemates who enjoy yoga, romcoms, cooking, and just generally keeping the place relaxed and welcoming.

We’re right next to a Co-op (super handy!) and there are two bus stops literally outside the house, with direct routes to the University of Bath and Bath Spa University.
