The room offers excellent storage with multiple cabinets and a mini walk-in closet, and gets plenty of natural light throughout the day. It’s also large enough for a couple to share.

The house has two washrooms (one with both a shower and toilet), along with a large, comfortable kitchen and communal living area. There’s also an additional storage room for any extra belongings.

Outside, you’ll find a lovely backyard, perfect for relaxing. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet, and very friendly, making it ideal for students or young professionals.
