We are a friendly, sociable and open-minded couple who have just moved to Bath from Bristol, and are looking for a considerate and tidy housemate. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a HD smart TV. You also have access to the shared kitchen, garden and living spaces.

We are a mixture of both WFH & office based, hard working professionals in creative industries. We like to be out and about quite a bit so you will have the house to yourself at times. We love music, film, travel, and art (both work in creative industries). We do occasionally have friends over for dinner, but our days of all night home parties are few and far between. I would say the house vibe is generally quite quiet and relaxed, and we would consider ourselves to be fairly laid back.

To avoid any unnecessary friction, we supply the household cleaning products/toilet paper, this is included in the cost. We just ask for someone who helps clean the shared spaces and who would help put out the recycling and on occasion to feed our cat and water the garden if we are away.
