Will need to provide 1 months rent as deposit plus 2 x references per tenant. Also bank statements and evidence of employment. All tenants over 18 will be subject to a Right to Rent check.

There are tenants currently living in the property who are moving out end of Jan, so will be available from Feb 1st 2026. Viewings will need to be arranged with landlord giving sufficient notice to curremt tenant, therefore next day appointments are not possible.

Photos show house furnished as it was when the landlord lived in it, though it will be let UNFURNISHED.

I am selling the property so will be looking for a short term let, will consider minimum 3 months with rolling month by month contract after the initial contract expires.
