Looking for 1 more housemate in a 5-bed student

We’ve found a really nice 5-bed house on Camden Crescent for the 2026/27 academic year and are looking for one more person to join us.

The house is a good size and well set up for student life. There’s a big kitchen (see photos) which is the main shared space. There isn’t a separate living room. The house has two toilets, and the bedroom has its own sink.

The available room is a good size and comes furnished. I’ve attached photos of the room and kitchen so you can get a proper idea of the place.

We’re a group of final-year / integrated master’s students at the University of Bath, studying Electrical, Mechanical, and Robotics Engineering (post-placement year). We’re all pretty chill, respectful, and used to living in shared houses.

Ideally another Bath student (preferably final year / master’s / post-placement, but open to others). Mainly just looking for someone clean, easygoing, and reliable.

No council tax. There is a 20 bus stop and a big lemon bus stop near the house which takes you straight to campus, or u can walk 20 minutes into town and catch the U1 by labs.

It is a flat that takes up one floor of this big ass building so it is not really a house.

No contract or tennancy agreement drafted up yet so start date undecided.
