The property is located in Eveleigh Avenue, a quiet residential road on the outskirts of Bath. It’s a 15 minute walk away from the amenities of Larkhall (Co-op, butcher, green grocer, deli, hardware store, hairdresser and a couple of cafes, pubs and takeaways). The nearest supermarket is Morrisons on the London Road, which is a 6-10 minute drive dependent on traffic. It's close to the bypass for easy access the A46/A4, and its on the border of the city, offering nearby walks in green spaces like Bathampton Meadows and Solsbury Hill.

I’m renting a large double bedroom with en-suite, and an additional room for use as you’d like (home office, study space or personal living space). There is a large kitchen diner with several cupboards available, and use of the oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer etc. You’d have your own designated parking space to the rear of the property. There is a shed on land behind the property that can be used for storage if needed (it was previously used by a past lodger to store an inflatable kayak and gear). Access to the living room wouldn’t be included. The property is offered furnished and includes all bills (Gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet) as long as the usage isn't huge. It has high speed internet (Virgin Gigabit, ~800Mbps download, 100 Mbps upload).

The rooms are in the process of being painted - I've included pictures from when the house was last listed for sale for reference (the furniture is completely different than shown, but walls and carpets the same), and I will update these once the painting and carpet fitting is done. A bit about me: I'm James, I’m 33 years old and I'll be a live in landlord. I grew up in Bath and moved back to Bath and into this property about 5 years ago. I work from home for a creative agency so I'll be at home most of the time unless travelling abroad for work. I’ve put that I don’t own pets, but I do occasionally dog sit for a family member. I would be open to pets, but depends on the individual, I'll need to meet them first!
