Large double room + en-suite within a 2 bed maisonette on the top 2 floors of a Georgian house. Beautiful, generous size flat in a prime location in Bath.

Kitchen and other areas would be shared with myself. I am a very tidy person, pescatarian, and a lover of house plants. Happy to be sociable but also fairly private and respect other people’s privacy. I work from home so I am around quite a bit.

The room is currently unfurnished but has a good sized built in wardrobe and the option of a desk. I would be prepared to furnish if required so don’t let that put you off, I just wanted to offer flexibility.

There is no permit parking available and no garden but close to Royal Victoria Park and The Royal Crescent Lawn.
