Hi! I’m subletting my fully furnished double room as I’m moving out at the end of January. Available from late January / early February until June, with the end date flexible.

The room comes with a double bed, desk, and plenty of storage, and the house is shared with friendly, clean students. There are two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

📍 Located in Oldfield Park, around 10 minutes’ walk to the U3 bus stop and Moorland Road (shops, cafes, supermarkets).

£650 per month, bills included.
Open to reasonable discussion on rent for a quick and smooth takeover.
