Rent: £570 pcm (approx. £142/week).

Bills: Approx. £50–£70 pcm.

SIGNING BONUS: I will pay £300 to you upon signing to ensure a quick move-in. You can use this to cover more than half the deposit immediately.

Deposit: £570 (Required by landlord).

Location: 69 Lorne Road, Oldfield Park. Ideal location right beside U2/U3 bus stops and near Moorland Road.
